Howell Management is a talent management company that opened its doors on June 1, 2017. Since then, we have successfully placed many talented individuals in major productions, numerous commercials, and a variety of extras work.

Kristy Howell is a prominent figure in the entertainment industry, serving as the Managing Director of Howell Management. With a career spanning over forty years, her journey began at the young age of five when she first appeared on screen. Kristy has gained significant recognition as one of Australia's top Talent Managers, focusing on identifying and nurturing talent with a commitment to achieving success.

Before establishing her agency, Kristy honed her skills as a National Talent Manager at two leading Australian agencies. Throughout her career, she has successfully booked talent for numerous major feature films, TV series, and commercials both domestically and internationally.

Her extensive experience has allowed her to cultivate strong working relationships with casting directors and production companies, making her insights on talent placements highly valued.

With a background in dance, acting, and storytelling, she developed a strong foundation in both the creative and developmental sides of the industry.

Now, as the Actors Development & Juniors Manager, Katrina is dedicated to guiding emerging talent through the early stages of their careers. With a keen eye for potential, a supportive approach, and a deep understanding of the industry, she plays a vital role in shaping confident, capable performers while fostering strong relationships with both talent and families.

Lilli Musulin

Born and raised on the Gold Coast, Lilli's upbringing was steeped in musical theatre and dance. To hone her skills, she moved to Melbourne to train at Patrick Studios Australia. At just 19, Lilli began her professional journey, performing globally on cruise ships, in theme parks, and in Bollywood films, showcasing her diverse talent and passion for dance.

Now, Lilli brings her rich theatre background and extensive experience to her new role as Manager of Howell Theatre. Having previously been a talent with Howell Management, Kristy recruited Lilli as her assistant, and with her deep knowledge of theatre and entertainment, she now leads Howell Theatre.

She holds an accounting degree, which has provided her with a strong foundation of experience. Additionally, her involvement in both an online and a printing business, which requires regular client communication, has honed her organizational, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills – qualities that are highly valuable to Howell Management.
